Returns & Replacements Because every product is custom-printed and made to order specifically for you, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery at orders@purplestarsmedia.com with a clear photo showing the issue.

Address Issues If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
